Experienced Counseling Professionals at NECC
At NECC, our Licensed Counselors (LPCC, LADAC, LSAA) are dedicated to providing a variety of services to individuals experiencing mental health and substance use disorders. They offer therapeutic support and interventions under the scope of their practice, holding advanced degrees in counseling or related fields along with necessary licensure. Our Comprehensive Community Support Staff are credentialed to assist individuals with mental health and substance use disorders in achieving recovery and wellness goals, focusing on enhancing their ability to live independently and manage their mental health effectively. We are now open for intakes for our Intensive Outpatient Programming, offering core components like acceptance, surrender, and active involvement to support recovery.

Dr. Tiffany Wynn brings over 25 years of experience in the behavioral health community, supporting individuals, professionals, and organizations. Her expertise spans diverse areas, from intersectional theory research to operational restructuring from a trauma-responsive lens.
She loves integrating adventure therapy and ecopsychology into practice!
The team has grown over the last couple of years and now includes: CCSS Program Director Matthew Pettit, IOP Therapist Bob Barnes, and SUD therapist and Clinical Intern Shannon Stephenson.
